Position: WCMHS is seeking a Case Manager- Family Partnership. This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinate and facilitate specific ongoing supports and services to children and youth, and their families, experiencing a severe emotional / behavioral disturbance. Extensive collaboration with other agencies and supports serving children and youth and families in need.
Qualifications:
Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $23.42/hr. and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer match.

- BA in human services or related field.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record and access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle are required.
