Position: WCMHS is seeking an Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Case Manager:  Under the supervision of the Early Childhood Programs Administrator and the clinical supervision of the Early Childhood and Family Mental Health (ECFMH) Clinical Administrator/ CYFS Senior Clinician, deliver ongoing community-based assessment, treatment and supports for young children (0-6 years) and their families experiencing or at-risk for severe emotional disturbance and their families in the community and within the New Leaf Family Childcare Center. This is a full-time benefit eligible position working on-site where hours are typically worked Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.


Qualifications: 
  • BA in human services or related field required.  
  • Two years of human service delivery with children and families, particularly with children experiencing moderate to severe behavioral and mental health challenges preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management required.
  • Able to move around childcare and community settings without accommodation.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to walk and/or run around with children up to one mile in one continuous session without accommodation.
  • Able to move to a sitting position on the floor and back to a standing position without accommodation.
  • Able to drive clients and family members in own personal vehicle as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record and access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle are required. 
Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $24.14/hr. and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer match.
